Formerly the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, this venue pays homage to its rich and opulent Art Deco past. After nearly two years of delicate renovations and retrofitting, Exchange LA opened as a vibrant venue that not only functions as a nightclub, but also as an event space for award shows, premiere parties, corporate events, fashion shows, film shoots and charity galas.
This historic gem from the 1930s is reimagined as a sprawling four story venue that accommodates up to 1,500 guests. Featuring multiple rooms, seven full service bars, state of the art lighting, sound, and a colossal LED screen display, our ornate venue sits in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ booming art and entertainment scene.

Any top USA nightclub listing would not be complete without Exchange LA. A staple of West Coast nightlife, Exchange has bounced back with formidable force after closing during the pandemic. Club shows are booming stronger than ever with consistent all-star line-ups. The venue’s partnership with Insomniac has allowed them to host event brands like Dreamstate, Factory93, Bassrush, Insomniac Records and HARD on top of their weekend programming. World-class DJs such as Deadmau5, Kaskade, Diplo, Cosmic Gate, Charlotte de Witte, Joseph Capriati, Flosstradamus, Rusko and more have graced the stage of their main dancefloor.
Spanning over 25,000 square feet and four floors, Exchange LA is housed inside the historical Los Angeles Stock Exchange building, which originally opened in 1931. After a two-year renovation, Exchange LA opened in 2010 and gave new life to the historic landmark location. The club’s Funktion-One audio system consists of EV06 speaker cabinets and is supplemented by an impressive line-array system hanging from the 40-foot ceiling. A massive Oracle LED video wall spans floor to ceiling behind the DJ booth and projection-mapped visuals cover the original Stock Exchange walls surrounding the main room, creating a truly immersive experience.
