SRQ BEATS produces unique experiences by organizing, filming and broadcasting concerts in carefully selected locations around the Sarasota, Florida area. In addition to hosting their own events, SRQ Beats regularly deploys their Funktion-One sound systems at popular festival events including Art Basel Miami, Ultra Miami, and the Okeechobee Music Festival.
Block parties on Halloween and New Years Eve in Sarasota, Florida have been among the most recent highlights for SRQ Beats. Electronic dance music from across the board of house, techno, progressive and afro-house was programmed on three stages throughout the city’s downtown district, each one equipped with an array of Funktion-One loudspeakers.
Two outdoor stages featured Funktion-One Evo 6, Evo 6EL and F124 loudspeakers powered by Full Fat Audio amplifiers. The third stage featured Res 2 and F221 speakers.
Block party events are a speciality for SRQ Beats in Sarasota with recent events each attracting more than 10,000 people to dance the night away.
